Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashews (soaked)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 roast capsicums (from a jar)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
