Cashew Pear Cream — Cooking with Gia and Olive

- 1 cup raw cashews
- ½ 432 g tin of pears or 2 ripe pears, chopped
- ½ tin of juice from the can of pears
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract or essence
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water to achieve preferred consistency. Use as a dessert topping instead of cream.
