Cashew Cheese — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¹/³ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp celtic salt

Method

  1. Blend ingredients in blender until thick and creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
